I am 75% Italian and love it! This year I had a student who's family came from Italy, I wish she could have taught me to speak Italian, but I was too busy teaching them math and English :)
Also I would love to open a dog rescue!! But it takes too much work and I love being a teacher too much! Maybe someday I can volunteer.
